Bert Schreurs
Biography
Bert Schreurs is a Full Professor of Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Solvay Business School, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. Prior to joining the VUB, Bert taught at Maastricht University, Utrecht University, and KU Leuven. His research focuses on work stress and motivation, career management, and self-regulation at work. He has published in various journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management Review, and Work & Stress. He currently serves as an Associate Editor of Career Development International and is a Past Chair of the Academy of Management Careers Division.
